Bean
Curd Blackbean Stir Fry

Cooking
Time: 6-8 minutes
Ingredients 1 jar Zesame Sweet Ginger with Blackbean Organic
Stir fry sauce
80g Dried bean curd stick*
120g Sugar snap peas- halved diagonally
100g Babycorn- cut into 3-4 diagonal pieces
4 stalks of Spring onion- 3-4cm length
1 tbsp cooking oil
Garnish: Sprinkle of toasted pine nuts (optional). *To
prepare bean curd:
Soak in hot water for approx. 30 minutes to
hydrate bean curd. Drain off water. Cut into 3-4cm
pieces.
80g dried bean curd will give approx. 180g hydrated
bean curd.
Cooking

Heat oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add in the vegetables,
stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the bean
curd,
stir fry for 1 minute.

Add in the sauce,
stir fry for a further minute
Best
served with fried rice or noodle.
