Beef
with Sweet Ginger & Blackbean Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 jar
Zesame Sweet Ginger & with Blackbean Organic Stir
Fry sauce
300g beef rump- 1/2 cm thick strips
1 medium size green & 1 red pepper- 1/2cm thick
strips
1 tbsp cooking oil
Cooking

Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until
well cooked

Add
in peppers, stir fry for approx. 1-2 minutes

Add
the sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Best
served with Thai Fragrant Rice.
