Zesty
Lemon & Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
1
jar Zesame Lemon & Ginger Organic Stir Fry
sauce
2
chicken breasts- 1/2cm thick strips*
100g
carrot- 1/4 cm thick batons 100g
Courgette
- 1/4 cm thick batons
1
tbsp cooking oil
Garnish:
Fine shreds of fresh lime/lemon rind (optional).
*Tips:
For a more tender texture, marinate chicken strips
with 1 tsp Light Soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil and 1/2
tsp corn flour for 5- 10 minutes
Cooking

Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until
thoroughly cooked

Add
the vegetables, stir fry for approx. 2 minutes

Add
the sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Best
served on a bed of egg fried rice.
