Soya Chow Mein & Toasted Sesame Chicken  
Serves 2 

Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes 

Ingredients

 

1 jar Zesame Soya Chow Mein & Toasted Sesame Organic Stir Fry sauce 

2 chicken breasts- 1 1/2cm dice 

60g canned water chestnut- quartered 

120g button mushroom- halved 

60g roasted cashew nut (unsalted)

1 tbsp cooking oil

Cooking

  • Heat oil in wok or non-stick pan 

  • Add in chicken and stir fry for 3- 4minutes or until thoroughly cooked 

  • Add the vegetables, stir fry for approx.2 minutes 

  • Add the sauce and stir fry for a further minute 

  • Stir in the cashew nut.

Best served with rice or noodle.
