Pan-fried
Fish with Lemon & Ginger
Serves 2
Cooking
Time: 8-10 minutes
Ingredients
1
jar Zesame Lemon & Ginger Organic Stir Fry
sauce
300g
boneless fish fillet*- 2 x 4cm strips*
2
tbsp cooking oil
Marinate
fish fillets for 5-10 minutes:
Pinch
of sea salt and ground white pepper, 1/2 tbsp rice
wine/ dry sherry or white wine, dash of sesame oil and
2
tsp corn flour
*
Choose a fish that does not flaked easily such as
monkfish.
Cooking

Add
cooking oil to heated griddle/frying pan

Place
fish on griddle/pan and sear on medium-low heat
for approx. 2 minutes

Turn
the fish and sear on low-medium heat for another
2-3 minutes or until fish is thoroughly cooked and
light golden brown

Arrange
fish fillets on plate.

Heat
Lemon & Ginger and pour evenly over the fish.

Garnish:
Fine shreds of fresh lime and lemon rind
(optional).
Best
served with Thai Fragrant rice.
