Sweet & Sour King Prawn Stir fry

Time: 8-10 minutes
Ingredients
1 jar Zesame Sweet & Sour with Pineapple Organic
Stir Fry sauce
200g raw king prawns- shelled.
40g Red onion- ½ cm thick strips
1 large green pepper- ½ cm thick strips
60g Carrot- 2-3mm thick batons
1 medium size mango (firm texture) – ½ cm thick strips
1 tbsp cooking oil
Garnish: Sprinkle of finely chopped ginger (optional)
Cooking

Heat oil in wok or non- stick pan

Add in prawns and
stir fry for 2-3minutes or until thoroughly
cooked

Add the onion, carrot and pepper, stir fry for 2-3 minutes (stir fry for shorter time for a more crunchy
texture)

Add the mango and sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Best
served with Thai Fragrant rice.
