Kung Po Stir Fry

jar Zesame Szechuan Hot Organic Stir Fry sauce
80g
celery- 3-4mm thick slices
80g
Chestnut mushroom- quartered
60g
canned water chestnut- quartered
80g
Courgette- 2-3cm thick semi-circle slices
70g
Roast cashew nuts (unsalted)
1
tsp cooking oil
Cooking

Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes

Add
in the sauce stir fry for a further minute

Stir-in
cashew nuts.
Best served with
fried rice or noodle.
