Ma Po Tofu Stir Fry

Time: 6-8 minutes
Ingredients
1 jar Zesame Szechuan Hot Organic
Stir Fry sauce
200g Ready to eat marinated tofu pieces
80g Mange toute
80g Babycorn- diagonal cut 3-4 pieces
100g Button mushroom- halved
1 tbsp cooking oil
Cooking

Heat oil in wok or non- stick pan

Add in the vegetables and
stir fry for 2-3
minutes

Add the tofu and stir fry for 1 minute

Add in the sauce
stir fry for a further minute

Garnish: Diced spring onion (optional)
Best served with rice or noodle.
