Hot Chilli Minced Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
1
jar Zesame Szechuan Organic Stir Fry sauce
200g
Lean mince pork
1
small Red onion- finely chopped
1
red chilli- de-seeded and finely chopped
150g
fine green bean- halved diagonally
1
tbsp cooking oil
Garnish:
Sprinkle of red chilli shreds (optional)
Cooking

Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in the onion and red chilli and stir fry for
approx. 2 minutes or until onion is golden
brown

Add
in minced pork and stir fry for 3- 4minutes or
until thoroughly cooked

Add
the green beans, stir fry for approx. 2 minutes or
until cooked but still crunchy

Add
the sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Best served with
Thai Fragrant rice or noodle.
