Blackbean & Ginger Pork
Stir Fry

Ingredients 1 jar
Zesame Sweet Ginger with Blackbean Organic Stir Fry
sauce
250g Pork fillet- 1/4 cm thick slices
120g Mushroom- 1/2 cm thick slices
120g Pak choi- halved horizontally then quarter stalks
1 tbsp cooking oil
Cooking

Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in pork and stir fry for 3- 4minutes or until
thoroughly cooked

Add
in pak choi, stir fry for approx. 2minutes

Add
in mushroom, stir fry for 1-11/2 minute

Add
the sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Best
served with rice or noodle.
