Sweet & Sour Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
1
jar Zesame Sweet & Sour with Pineapple Organic
Stir Fry sauce
250g
Pork fillet- 1/4cm thick slices
1
medium Red pepper- 1/2cm thick strips
120g
courgette- 2-3mm diagonal cut slices
1
tbsp cooking oil
Garnish:
Sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Cooking

Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in pork and stir fry for 3- 4minutes or until
thoroughly cooked

Add
the vegetables, stir fry for approx. 2 minutes

Add
the sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Best
served with Thai Fragrant rice or egg fried
rice.
