Blackbean Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 jar
Zesame Sweet Ginger with Blackbean Organic Stir Fry
sauce
2 chicken breasts- 1 1/2cm cubes
Courgette- 2-3mm thick diagonal slices
Carrot- 2-3mm thick diagonal slices
Red onion- - 1 1/2cm squares
2 red bird eye chillies (de-seeded & finely
chopped)*
1 tbsp cooking oil
Cooking
-
Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in the onion and red chilli and stir fry for
approx. 2 minutes or until onion is golden
brown
-
Add
in chicken and stir fry for 3- 4minutes or until
thoroughly cooked.

Add
the carrot and courgette, stir fry for approx. 2
minutes.

Add
the sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Best
served with Thai fragrant rice or noodle.
