& Ginger Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients 1
jar Zesame Lemon & Ginger Organic Stir Fry
sauce 200g
marinated tofu pieces 60g
Carrot- thin diagonal slices 90g
Courgette- thin diagonal slices 90g
babycorn- thin diagonal slices 1
tbsp cooking oil Garnish:
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds (optional).
Cooking

Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in vegetables stir fry for 2-3 minutes

Add
the tofu, stir fry for 1 minute

Add
the sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
Best
served with fried rice or noodle.
