Tomato & Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

jar Zesame Szechuan Hot Organic Stir Fry sauce
2
Chicken breast- 1 1/2cm dice
80g
Courgette- 1/4cm thick semi circle
60g
Carrot- 1/4cm thick semi circles
80g
Chestnut mushroom- quartered
1
tbsp cooking oil
Garnish:
Fresh chopped coriander leaf (optional)
Cooking

Heat
oil in wok or non-stick pan

Add
in chicken, stir fry for 3- 4minutes or until
thoroughly cooked

Add
the vegetables, stir fry for 2-3 minutes

Add
the sauce, stir fry for a further minute.
Best served with
rice or noodle.
