Szechuan Tomato & Chicken Stir Fry 
Serves 2 

Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes 

Ingredients

 

1 jar Zesame Szechuan Hot Organic Stir Fry sauce 

2 Chicken breast- 1 1/2cm dice 

80g Courgette- 1/4cm thick semi circle 

60g Carrot- 1/4cm thick semi circles 

80g Chestnut mushroom- quartered 

1 tbsp cooking oil 

Garnish: Fresh chopped coriander leaf (optional)

Cooking

  • Heat oil in wok or non-stick pan 

  • Add in chicken, stir fry for 3- 4minutes or until thoroughly cooked 

  • Add the vegetables, stir fry for 2-3 minutes 

  • Add the sauce, stir fry for a further minute.

Best served with rice or noodle.
